Nota: Se suoni come solista e ti vuoi iscrivere anche come quattro o più mani devi inviare un ulteriore form.
Se ti devi iscrivere a più categorie (per esempio A ed F o S1 e S2) devi compilare due form di iscrizione separati.
Anche i video di registrazione delle audizioni dovranno essere separati, uno per ogni categoria d’iscrizione.
